COMMUNITY HEALTH PARTNERS OF JACKSON

Community Health Partners of Jackson (CHPJ) is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) which began operation in January of 1995. CHPJ offers comprehensive health services to Jackson County-based employers through our growing network of participating physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers. The Michigan Purchasers Health Alliance owns CHPJ.

CHPJ’s primary goal is to improve health care purchasing delivery and health status through an innovative partnership of Jackson area providers, employers and employees.

CHPJ currently has more than 150 providers, including W.A. Foote Memorial Hospital and Chelsea Community Hospital, as well as links to networks in other areas.
